The Deped Central Office Thru Undersecretary Catibog has announced that the APDS-MOA will be out within this month following the release of the revised APDS Guidelines on March 15, 2018, afterwhich, signing of the MOA will be done simultaneously per Private Lending Institutions (PLIs).
