DepEd: P5,000, Kinakailangang Matira Sa Sahod Ng Mga Guro

Isinasaad sa DEPED Order 5 s. 2018 na opisyal na ang PHP5,000 na required Net Take Home Pay ng mga empleyado ng Department of Education.

Kung guro ka sa pampublikong paaralan, kabilang ka dito. Ito ay base sa seksyon 48 ng General Appropriations Act no (RA) 10964, the General Appropriation Act for fiscal year 2018.

Nakalathala din sa nasabing Deped Order ang order of preference o pagkasunod-sunod ng mga contributions at obligations ng mga empleyedo base sa kalakihan ng karapatang kaltasin.
  1. BIR - Taxes
  2. PHILHEALTH
  3. GSIS contributions and loans
  4. HDMF contributions and loans
  5. Non stock savings and loans associations and mutual benefit associations duly operating under existing laws and cooperatives which are managed by and/or for the benefit of government employees.
  6. Associations or provident fund organized and managed by government employees for their benefit and welfare;
  7. GFIs authorized by law and accredited by appropriate government regulating bodies to engage in lending;
  8. Licensed insurance companies; and
  9. Thrift banks and rural banks Accredited by the BSP.

Ipanagbabawal din ng nasabing Deped Order ang waiver o kahit na anong sulat na nagpapababa sa kinakailangang net take home pay ng mga empleyado.
